1. Cloud Solutions

Our cloud solutions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for the highest level of service reliability and security, FreeLiveNet Technology Corp does its best but does not take any responsibility and shall not be liable for any data loss, corruption, or business interruption that may occur. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backups of your important data.

2. Custom Web Application Development

For custom web application development projects, the following terms apply:

  • Ownership: Upon final payment and successful project completion, the client (you) will own the custom solution and its intellectual property. We will deliver the complete source code and relevant documentation.
  • Responsibility: Once the code is handed over and the project is officially accepted by the client, FreeLiveNet Technology Corp takes no responsibility for the ongoing operation, maintenance, security, or any issues that may arise from the code thereafter.
  • Support & Maintenance: Any ongoing support, maintenance, or future development work for the custom solution is not included in the initial project cost and will be provided under a separate, paid support agreement. We offer various support packages to ensure your application remains up-to-date and functional.

3. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall FreeLiveNet Technology Corp, nor its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Service.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
